The property will need to be located in a PadSplit market city (mostly major markets). Preferred markets and surrounding cities: Charlotte, Orlando, and Tampa. The property will need to be located in a town or city close to public transport.

We’re looking to do minor/cosmetic rehab only. Things like flooring, paint, kitchen, bathroom,… Ideally, there should be no major rehabs or full gut projects unless they are at a DEEP discount.

Market 2

Market 2 buying properties that will house low socio economic groups. We only buy in: St Johns and Putnam County, FL. The property will need to be located in a town or city close to public transport.

Multifamily
